Dreamin' of salsa

Heirloom tomatoes and two kinds of peppers. They love the grow lights in the greenhouse, but I am wondering what is going to happen when we move them outside in the next month. Especially since summer seems to arrive in late August in the Puget Sound. Do people grow tomatoes outside in the northwest? I guess we are going to find out.
