A few more from our vacation up north

We LOVE Vancouver Island. And we love Canada. We both have post vacation blues and are convinced we should retire to the east side of the Island. Canadians are so helpful and life feels a little simpler. Thanks to my parents who took us to two of the best gourmet meals I have ever had and for letting me beat both of them at Scrabble (I have been waiting 29 years to accomplish that win . . . it felt great). The top picture is looking down at the little town where we stayed, and I think that is Saltspring Island across the water.
