Cider making
We made homemade cider for the first time . . . and for the love of God is was delicious. It was super tart, and perfectly clear and red. And then after a few days it turned a deep thick brown. We had hoped to try our hand at applejack (hard cider), but we will probably try that next time.

Wow you guys have been busy. I'm so impressed with your industriousness. I wish we could help you drink some cider! Glad Franco is feeling a little better.
